I find the idea of Erika being nice and letting a Sudowoodo stay with her and join her team to be appealing, but I also don't know if that's the intent or the impression it gives off. It seems more likely to come off as Erika making an oversight and thinking that Sudowoodo was a Grass-type, which some people might find cute but I don't really agree with. I'd rather see her with that Arcanine from the card "Erika's Compassion" or whatever it was called.
