If you want a strong early mon in this, this fucker is amazing. You have to get that Elekid before the first gym, make sure it has solid nature for Sp. Attack and Xenolith in items. I've figured to use said Xenolith on it as soon as it evolved into Electabuzz and it turned into this monstrosity.
It appearently has identical to stats to Electivire except Attack and Sp. Attack is swapped, is Fire/Electric, has Levitate and Thunderbolt and Fire Burst via Move Reminder and Flash Cannon from TM earlier. This is slightly after third gym. I love when Pokemon, be it fanmade or official has this kind of early evo exploit for game.
