>>49442229I think PLA was a great place to integrate some of the better beta designs. There are time space rifts, whats better than that to include some OLD pokemon from a what if senario (a different dimention in which those are real pokemon).
It can also happen in Go if they want, I imagine an event with Raitora will bring the game a lot of attention.
