An item of a new pokemon from a region far from Kalos that isn't any of the previous 5.
I wouldn't be surprised, they have to make something new to make the next game worth to buy, or more like worth to buy both games because I'm pretty sure they would add the "other half" of the pokedex in the next region and that would explain the lack of new pokemon.
I don't see it as a bad idea, I'm the kind of person that never bought the first games because I knew they would release the same game later but with more things.
Then they surprised me with BW2 instead of grey (or gray?) and since the new region would still have new pokemon it'll feel more fresh than just a new place with a new story but with the same pokemon.
Also, where do you think the new region will be?
I think it'll be in Chile or part of South America.
