So looking at a map editor, it seems like the Route 48-B Gold Token is impossible to get. It requires Surf, but Surfing is disabled because it's a Cycling Road map. (Also you can Surf on Route 47-B for some reason, but if you move to Route 48-B—you can't get to the token this way—and hit a wild encounter you'll stop Surfing when it ends and be stuck forever unless you have Fly.)
