These are the teams as of the final chapter for each main character (although again it will change to include Gen 6). I want to do the same thing with legendaries. Mew for Gen I, Ho-Oh and Shiny Celebi for Gen II, Lati@s and Deoxys for Gen III, maybe Darkrai and Cresselia for Gen IV and Muskedeers, Victini and Genesect for Gen V.
I’m thinking this for the pairings until I see more Gen 6 Legendaries:
