A battery operated cannon would be at the gym's entrance. In defeating each trainer, you get another battery, giving the cannon more fire power to launch you further. Once you beat all the trainers, the cannon is strong enough to launch you to my platform.
Jolteon (signature mon), Electivire, Luxray (with Ice Fang since Volkner did it), Eelektross (HP Ice. it's slow so not too powerful), Galvantula, Lanturn (with Ice Beam).
Be a chilled guy running local power plant, nothing too special. Team is strong and can get around ground reasonably well. 7th gym so it shouldn't be too easy.
