Rock Tomb isn't doing Noivern any favors here. Greninja is faster than her, and unless she pulls off a sudden Agility, that isn't going to change. Even as Noivern tries to use Brick Break, she just can't get her shit together. Greninja is quicker, and dashes towards her with a Night Slash before she even begin to ready her brick-chopping chop.
