She's SUPER straightforward and borderline has zero utility, she's got overall great stats and goes unga bunga with behemoth blade that's it. It increases in damage by 1.5x after the enemy syncs, while the sync move version of the same move gets a 2x multiplier so it's kinda like built in inertia.
It's pretty fantastic but not in the same tier as Steven Cynthia or Red unfortunately. If she got 2x dmg on her 4 bar version of behemoth blade then she would be though.
