- Combat Power is pretty close to 1500, so you're getting the most out of its stats compared to other mons.
- It also has a slightly higher defense stat overall, further granting it bulk more than just its low CP.
>Its moves fucking suck and it doesnt win any fucking key match ups.- Counter is a very good tool for taking down steel and ice-types that tend to be pretty common in Great League.
>counter isn't exclusive to medicham you retard- Its psychic-typing also allows it to get ahead of other Counter-users (especially Scrafty, aka second-place for best fighting-type in Great League) due to its resistance.
- It has a very versatile charge moveset that allows it to work in whatever situation: Power-up Punch is a great bait move, Ice Punch is also a nice bait move while also making sure flying-types don't get a free win, Psychic can be very useful coverage for certain cups (mainly cups where Counter-users or Kanto Grimer and Muk are popular), and while Dynamic Punch isn't always the most desirable charge move, sometimes you just need some sheer power when you can't farm-down with Counter.
- The three types that are supereffective against it either get mildly threatened by Ice Punch, take neutral damage from Counter, or have hard counters to other top mons in the format.
- Even hard counters tend to get swept away as soon as they switch in.
It scraps common meta threats, is constantly trying to psyche your opponents out and can often find cheesy ways to flip things in its favor.
