This game is better than any Pokemon game to come out since gen V. Apparently this is only their second monster collector game and is a spinoff . I have never even heard of the main series. But this game is great. Fun gameplay, beautiful environments, nice music and incredible monster designs. I can tell the developers put their hear and soul into the game. Something that Gamefreak has yet to do in many many years. My only criticism is the importance of the dragon monster Ratha but I guess it's supposed to be the Pikachu/Charizard of the franchise.
