What's really ruining my time is that most of the time, it's not really worth fusing mons together from a stats perspective because they mostly come out worse than whatever you were fusing together in the first place. Everything ends up becoming either a slower mixed attacker, a slightly higher defense but less special attack, etc. I know I should just ignore it, but a majority of the pokemon are better unfused. I wish there was a slight boost to each stat to make more fusions viable.
