This one really grew on me. Great personality and animations makes up for what is undeniably a flawed design, though I did always like it more than the other two final starter evos from when they first leaked.
Only recently has it leapfrogged Buzzwole (another 'mon with fantastic personality and animations) into the top spot for this generation, though.
Honestly I really liked this generation in terms of Pokemon. There's a lot to like, and relatively little that wound up on my shit list. The Tapu are probably my favorite legendary group of all time.
