It's not a common card to get reprinted, it seemed intentional for chien pao/bax to mirror the old blastoise raindance BW era using it. Zard has energy recycler and fire breather which guarantee you enough energy to ohko anything, so I find it doubtful superior energy retrieval will get reprinted.
