The issue was that before we could have a playerbase setup with people who knew eachother and were friendly to chat, these 2 autists came in playing night march solitare and pretty much ruined it. I played counter meata a couple weeks and totally blindsighted them, totally confounded. But the rest of the people (approx. 10-ish) got tired of playing the same match up because they didn't ubderstand the game very well and weren't going to 'git gud'. I came from playing yugioh a long time ago and I can say there isn't a more toxic cardgame. But that said, pokemon by contrast is possibly the most fun and easy game to get into.
