Definitely calf carnotaurus by the look of the supremely kaiju evos, though grass thylacine and water platypus are intriguing too! You should work on your palettes, at the moment they're all very saturated but also pretty bland (just a bright primary colour and then a dark variation of that colour). Reading up about colour theory would be a good idea, and in the meantime you could use a tool like this

Would also suggest making the thylacine more obviously a grass type! At the moment it's just a green animal. Carnotaurus cow is definitely the most inspired concept of the three.
