I totally skipped jasmine and went into pryce completely underleveled. All the gyms have been pretty easy so far (except for that Machoke Revenge bullshit Chuck pulled) so I wasn't worried, but damn they really shut me down. I honestly think I would've been fine but Piloswine took out Jose on a switch-in with a critical EQ, and I was at full HP so I think without a crit I could've beat it. Oh well, nature of the game. lesson learned: don't go into gyms blind, assume the worst will happen, start using a smaller text font in case I get a lot of deaths
