He's been neglected for over 10 years easily since this is when Tera Orbs became available to the public, so the Professor must've already been incredibly busy with their job at the time. 10 fucking years. How old do you think Arven is? 16? 18 maybe? He basically took care of himself ever since he was around 7. He even said he doesn't have a single memory of him playing with his parent. It's absolutely fucked.
