Just tried coming up with a 3/5 build and I'm disgusted by how much energy everything takes. Hail is pretty shit right now so I ignored that branch (not that there's a single point I could afford to spend there). Icy wind is what he's best at right now stuck at 2/5, but the freeze synergy is too huge a buff for me to ignore so I went for IB. Still couldn't even get all the IB power-ups, I hope it'll still hit decently hard.
