I would have a Crobat, a Ninjask and a Electrode, for example, being part of the theme the Speed and being able to hit first, I would start with Electrode using Thunder Wave, then with Ninjask using Protect and abusing its Speed boost, and of course Crobat as the "heavy hitter" of the team. I could also use a fourth Pokémon which uses priority moves.
