dont know english name but basically its like an elephant seal strongman
the "belt" is just a white marking
ability is torrent obv
it is water fighting
it has a similar stat spread to conkeldurr but with more sp def, and slightly more sp attack so it can kinda pull off mixed (probably so it can surf)
the white thing around its neck isnt supposed to look like a beard, its a frill. im just bad at drawing
