>>21325110There's only one dark green used on Peppit's menu sprite (the only dark green on the palette), the other color is medium gray. The dark green is used already on the Hoppanero icon too to show detail and for shading. Using the dark green in the place of Hoppanero's light green would mean some of the detail/shadows on the leaves starts blending in (because of how the grays would have to be used with the outlines).
Really it's close enough, there are some Pokémon with no close matches for their colors (like Pottle). It's not going to be like Gen. 6 where it matches 100% because they were allowed to use any color they wanted.
