Now, some might argue that not saving Marshtomp for Emerald is a bad idea, and it is, but my plan you see is this;
I'll use Marshtomp to defeat Wattson (and possibly Flannery if I can't find a suitable counter) and then after defeated Norman I'll scout for a suitable Water type to replace him, and in that way being able to save Marshtomp for Emerald where he is sorely needed (I swear, not getting a decent Ground type for Wattson, you might as well reset at that point)
