Almost as if you didn't realise inflation didn't exist between then and now. But it did and inflation corrected, that $40 GBA game was closer to $57 in today's money and buying one of DP and one Platinum copy would be 5 dollars more expensive than a copy of the new game and the version DLC. Just gotta push your narrative though, as well as showing your absolute lack of knowledge as to how shit works.
