Hey /vp/, what's the most underrated Pokémon? I'm into writing short stories, and I want to write one based on Pokémon, and how a small, underrated poké works his way up and becomes a must have for any team. I was thinking Bidoof, but that's just hated, not underrated. SO basically, any poké that isn't liked, or not noticed, that evolves or just becomes really good in general.
