immunity: raw organic garlic, plenty of sleep, zinc\magnesium, turmeric, curcumin, vitamin c, b1, b12, b6, DISTILLED WATER ONLY, selenium, spirulina, chlorella, lions mane, reishi, turkey tail, chaga, cordyceps, st johns wort, valerian, ashwagandha, (for the ballsack = milk thistle, fadogia agrestis, maca root, tongkat ali)
also your daily collegen, whey protein +beef salmon or other fish (wild caught).
