>Favourite BW Pokemon?I have a lot. Sawsbuck is near the top the list. I love the Venipede line, the Litwick line and the Scraggy line too. But Oshawott might beat all those out to be my favourite of all.
>Favourite BW character?I love Bianca!! Her character arc is understated but it's one of the more realistic/sad stories GF's told. I like what N says about her at one point: "Cheren is pursuing the ideal of strength. Poor Bianca has faced the sad truth that not everyone can become stronger. And you are not swayed either way--more of a neutral presence."
I think it's an interesting reversal to have Cheren be an optimistic ideal-leaning character and Bianca to be a harsh truth-leaning character.
...Yeah, BWs story and characters are what's really great about these games. That said, N and Hilbert are my top favourites, and their story is the deserving centrepiece.
>Favourite BW starter?Oshawott!! Oshawott all the way. He's so funny. Even though I like him the most of his line, I always evolve him to Samurott, because it's part of his charm that this clumsy little earnest goofball is going to turns into a super coolmon eventually. Also, Snivy is a great visual match for Cheren and Tepig for Bianca. Oshawott's really perfect.
>Favourite BW gym?They were all awesome, but Elesa in particular struck me as being different and cool. Even the gimmick with the Emolga Volt Switching in and out was interesting. Also, the music direction is on point, though that's typical of these games.
