Mewtwo Mega-evolves rather than having a Primal form. This makes sense because Mewtwo is an artificial Pokemon so it shouldn't be able to go Primal.
So the question is...logically would this mean that Latias and Latios are man-made Pokemon since they also Mega-evolve? Really, it makes a bizarre amount of sense. They resemble Jet airplanes, they seem to be different genders of the same Pokemon species since they Mega-Evolve into the same Pokemon which is unique among ALL Legendaries, they are naturally psychically attuned to Human emotions according to the Pokedex, plus they can understand human speech, and to top it off how the hell are light-refracting feathers that can both render one invisible AND allow them to disguise themselves as other species via holographic projection going to evolve in nature?
Hell, even their typing screams human designed. Psychic/Dragon? That's got to be the average Pokemon scientist's wet dream.
