And I don't think you need any heavy balls in here, since you don't critically need any basic. Research, ultra balls and a Greninja would also allow for VIP to be less stuck in hand, and to convert energy retrieval into superior and super rod. A shining tail Mew would be a nice opener too, and also consider a Kricketune, maybe instead of Grotle?
