Meaning that if you fuck up when trying to catch Deoxys, you have to catch Rayquaza ALL OVER again. THEN you have to choose which of your party members to send away, THEN watch the cutscene where Rayquaza flies into space all over again, and THEN you finally get another chance to try and catch Deoxys.
