>>53265458What do you mean by "always"? We're talking about the original release of Black and White, during which the Shadow Triad had no official depiction besides a shared overworld sprite. The earliest art would have been that internal concept sketch and the other examples we have from that era tend to look slightly off compared to official art (see: Priest Ghetsis concept).
The official design for the Shadow Triad as we know them today wasn't drawn until early 2012. I don't even think it's worth considering when talking about what might have been planned for BW back in 2010.
