The only lvl. 40 or lower Pokémon I have among these that has even close to 4-star IVs is a 15/13/15 Snorlax. It already has a second move, but is it worth spending 173,700 stardust to make it lvl 40? I do have a lvl. 40 Gyarados, but it doesn't have Aqua Tail; should I instead use that, and if so what moveset?
