when you actually OBTAIN a pokemon the game logs where/ how you got it. Hatching an egg, receiving it from a person, wifi, GTS, catching it in the wild, etc.
this is something that happens at the very END of the whole process, and cannot be rewritten by Pokegen. All Pokebank needs to do is shee if it had lived life ANYWHERE, just ONE place outside a Fake GTS to see if it actually is legal.
If it had never been on a genuine BW/BW2 cart before being uploaded to that fake GTS, obviously fake.
