>>41371705It's always fun to think about alternate universes like this, it's actually pretty easy to see this one playing out.
Sabrina would have probably have been younger, less experienced, have weaker powers, and brattier than she is because that was the show's style. She would mostly fill Misty's role.
Sabrina would be more aloof than Misty but also more of a trickster than her, using her powers/Pokemon to mess with/intimidate Ash and Brock.
The main recurring gags could go a few ways. >Sabrina constantly berates Brock for things he doesn't even say (yet) about being attracted to random girls
>Brock is shifted to being more immature and Sabrina being the "parent" of the group (instead of Brock) keeping Ash/Brock in line>occasionally having some surprising personality quirk to play off, despite acting like the most mature, is caught with "delusions" of grandeur about becoming a movie star and still playing with dolls, which of course being season 1/2 means Ash gets to be a brat and tease her for it.>Whenever the gang gets in trouble they question her psychic powers (being younger they're not as good/accurate) leading to her getting mad and/or depressed about it>lots of stupid psychic gimmicks like bending cereal spoons when mad at Ash/BrockPokemon gimmicks would probably be that she has an Abra that doesn't really listen and likes to teleport things (and the group) leading to a lot of slap stick humor and more random plot arcs.
Psyduck would probably not happen since Abra would be somewhat filling the role, Togepi might still happen (although it could also be Cleffa or Smoochum). Haunter might become a permanent member of her team around Lavender town and fan favorite. I think She might catch a VERY slow/dumb Slowpoke that has similar gimmicks to Psyduck coming out of the Pokeball at the wrong time and frustrating her efforts, even telepathically communicating it just says "Slow?".
