Anyways, we already have Scrafty as a delinquent pokemon, how do you want to differentiate it? I made my take on the idea more of a thief than delinquent. It uses the huge block arm thing to break in to places and steal stuff. or maybe it just eats rare and precious rocks. The black stuff is paint it tosses on itself or got smeargle to paint on to make it blend into the darkness
of my soul of the night better. I used Gigalith as a reference.
