These are the Pokemon related plans for E3. Screencap this post or at least remember it so you can look back in a month's time and be amazed at how I knew.
-New Mainline Switch game will be titled, but nothing else will be revealed about it. The release date will be ambiguous and unspecific but the lack of information will be the sure-fire sign that the games are coming in 2019.
-The Zeraora distribution will be announced and will be available worldwide on SM/USUM 'right away'.
-New TCG videogame for the Switch will be demonstrated instead, it will have a bunch of new features that are inspired by Gen VII; Ultra Beast cards, Z moves etc. and will utilize the communicative features of the Switch. The game will be being developed by GameFreak as well as a 3rd party, which will surprise some people. It won't be outright stated, but the focus of the game will be on getting people to meet IRL with their Switch so they can play each other. The 'hidden' reason for this is because GF are still unsure as to whether or not the Switch will provide the same portable, collaborative experience that the 3DS/DS/GB etc did.
