Is Acrobatics bugged or something on cart? Scizor, even at +2 after an SD, 252 attack, without an item (white herb after using close combat to remove the dropped defenses) with a flying tera just barely does any damage. Or am I actually fucking myself by using tera since that supposedly increases the BP of the attack to 60 and Technician is longer applied somehow?
The calcs all say I should be well over one-shotting Amoonguss/Meowscarada/Tera Grass Volcarona with that exact set-up, but I've played 3 matches against those 3 earlier today and the only one who died was a Meowscarada but that's also because the cat is a wet tissue. Amoonguss should supposedly be a "guaranteed OHKO" but I barely did 70% damage and volcarona was 90%, despite the calcs saying it's somewhere in the ballpark of 260%+. I even took the liberty of going for one of those absolute turbo-bulky Volcarona sets here.

and yet my scizor just barely got past the 90% health mark.
Does someone have the eldritch knowledge to inform me of what is going on here? They didn't have any boosts, I know I had +2 attack, no burns, no friend guard or some wacky shit like that. I'm just sad I didn't record clips of it happening as I was stuck being flabbergasted.
First time I tried it was against a tera grass Dondozo but then I remembered Unaware so that makes sense at least.
