Its fast as fuck because of speed of light duh, crap defenses to balance it out, could alternatively be 150 Speed and 100 into defences, since its fast no more than 100bst into SpA allowed! otherwise it just might be actually good lol, though 200 Speed with Electro Ball might be pretty nice.
