Even though it guessed that there would be new forms for old pokemon, the typings it named don't fit with the "adapted to live in alola" theme and it even said fire/fairy for ninetales which is confirmed wrong (unless there's a second form of ninetales elsewhere on the island but that goes against alolan vulpix's description.) So either the leaker knew about the new forms but didn't actually know the types or he was just spitballing and happened to get something right which seems likely given the huge amount of "leaks" being posted.
