2. Needs less giant weirdness in general. If I was going to go as nuts with this thing as you are, I'd go for a more "fused via Lysandre Machine to the Ultimate Weapon" sort of thing.
You know. The Doc Ock getup. Lysandre getting ALL kindsa fucked up is a bit more reasonable, I think. Not to mention- he's delusional beyond fuck, so there could be this whole weird "the machine's will is my will" thing, and someone- preferably Sycamore (since he feels like he should have stopped him earlier) finishes it.
I don't know, OP. There are a million different ways you could go, they're all terrible, and nothing matters anyway.
