You weaken its checks and counters with other pokemon then bring it out and sweep. If you're gonna insist on using outrage, this is the way to do it.
On the other hand, Hax is moderately bulky and has a decent movepool that ISN'T entirely dragon-type, nor walled completely by the hip new type everybody's talking about. It can handle the decreased power from DC versus Outrage, and fairy type practically necessitates this.
