>>52491168I didn't really think much of it until his rematch where he outright talks about how he'd have nothing left if Geeta took away his job as a gym leader and it makes me feel even worse. It's an interesting direction to go with his character when his outward appearance and bio gives the impression of a shy femboy. So much of his lines are just dripping with self hatred and bitterness, I wish more artists pushed that part of him more.
