Could also think about removing the heliolisk with raichu.
I don't run jolteon any longer because it makes my Pikachu deck weaker and can't serve as a tank as well as zapdos, but jolteon is probably more dangerous than Pikachu and zapdos because he gets online much sooner and does ridiculous damage. being able to deal 80 to 120 damage a turn earlier is sometimes game ending
