>>22844221Definitely, I've never understood people who think that the the hair is a helmet, or that the dress/top is skin. Pokken rejected the former with that awesome hair, but not much can be done about the latter without the games/show having Gardevoir take the dress off, which obviously won't happen. I don't think the designers intended for the dress/top to be thought of as skin, but there's really nothing solid to stop people from thinking otherwise.
