Personally when I did TR for VGC, decided not to try and go full trick room, which gives you options to beat both trick room and non trick room teams since you can fuck with both with the right balance.
This is the team I used, and it took a lot of cues from the early Rizzo win, while I used a couple of my own twists (like Hammer Arm kanga, she's a beast)
