Trying to Speedrun Clover is a tough, gotta figure out what trainers to pick fights from and which ones to flee, how team management works currently is I got Hosajack, Birdhouse, and Probosquito plus whatever comes in from Wonder Trade (I got a Ribbizap this time, but it learns Mirror Shot too late to attempt Brock with). Made it all the way to Edgie 3 before I lost and I almost got cheesed twice along the way, but I was at the 2 hour mark so Clover's probably an 8-10 hour run, it's no wonder it hasn't really been attempted before.
That being said Viol-Ejacasm are likely the best starting choices for speed. Birdhouse and Probosquito go well with it early game and Kek is more manageable when you know what she's throwing at you compared to Viol.
NG+ is much more speedrunner friendly since you can just chuck whatever into it but the fact that you have to set all that up beforehand is iffy. Debating switching to it anyways but not sure what mons to go with, besides the obvious Clovenix, Scytill, Demiwaifu...
Sorry for the autism but I know there are people here that wanna see a Clover run happen.
