>>11820592Never. It's still kinda frail, even with an eviolite, and is countered by various things like koffing, bronzor and missy, the latter if it's unboosted. Also, many things can take a +2 Eviolite Earthquake and retaliate with a powerful attack; however, nothing can stand a +2 LO earthquake, but if it opts for that item it's near-impossible to setup: that's why I have wynaut. It also NEEDS support from hippopotas, and is countered by one of the most popular pokémon, Scarf Snover, which removes its lovely sand and OHKOes him and Hippopotas with Blizzard. Don't count on easily weakening it, as it has giga drain. (Lileep, the best special wall in LC, is also 2HKOed.) Scarf Porygon is also a rare threat to him, as he traces sand rush and outspeeds Drilbur to OHKO him with Ice Beam, but it misses the KO sometimes on eviolite versions and isn't very strong with a base 80 Power STAB only. Still works, as it can still cripple various sand teams defensive pokémon with trick.
Also, testing shed skin DD knock off scraggy. Works wonderfully at luring in Mienfoo, it's #1 counter, and removing its eviolite to OHKO it later with a +1 HJK.
