150/65/60/118/60/30 better hp and better but still low defenses fit the balloon theme. Reduce ita speed because it already sucks Nd wont miss that extra 15 points. Take only 5 from attack to make it relatively balanced. Beef up its special attack to usable levels. Now its almost like a fairy/normal reuniclus with a better movepool.
