Penny and Arven are very contrasting. Arven is pretty standoffish at the beginning because he's kinda insecure and stressed, so Penny is like "wtf is your problem". But once Penny realises that he's not a bad guy, just kinda in a fucked up situation, she apologizes to him. I think they have a lot in common despite how different they are, which is pretty fun.
That being said, they should definitely fuck.
