With all of the action going on, I doubt my trainer would be feeling cold haha!I would assume they can control their body temperature. Being cold all the time would be kind of an inconvenience to the people and Pokemon around them! No one would want Glaceons around during winter if that were the case.. Which would be really sad!
It seems as though in most fanart, Pokemon don't really mind being close to Glaceon, so I would assume that they really can control their body temperature!
